Working methods
The Personnel Committee makes decisions on the conclusion, amendment and termination of the contracts of employment with the Members of the Board of Management instead of the Supervisory Board, if the decisions are not reserved for the full Supervisory Board pursuant to § 107 Section 3 sentence 2 Stock Corporation Act (AktG). The Supervisory Board is responsible for appointment and dismissal of Members of the Board of Management.
