Possible use of existing authorized capital I

The Board of Management of the company intends to increase the equity capital of the company against contributions in cash by up to nominally 500,000 euros. This will be achieved by using the existing authorized capital I. The aim is to place the new shares without subscription rights with selected investors and hence strengthen the free float of the company. It is intended to agree and carry out the capital increase irrespective of the current situation prevailing on the stock exchange.
