SURTECO SE purchases 3.02 % shares in wood-based panel product manufacturer Pfleiderer

SURTECO SE, leading manufacturer of surface coating materials for the wood-based product industry, has taken a stake in Pfleiderer AG, Neumarkt, by purchasing a share package amounting to 3.02 % of the share capital. SURTECO SE has been doing business with Pfleider for many years and assesses future development of the company as positive.
